Location
Casa Kieron is a stylish, spacious traditional Spanish villa standing in 1000 sq metres, with views across the countryside and mountains down to the sea. Only 20 minutes drive from the airport, the villa is located on the lower slopes of Oasis de Nazaret, nestling at the foothills, south of the old capital of Teguise.
The famous LagOmar restaurant and a local shop are walking distance from the villa. The old town of Teguise is only a few minutes by car, Costa Teguise with many shops, bars, restaurants, water park, golf course and beaches is a 10 minute drive. If you like windsurfing, then Famara beach is for you, just a 10 minute drive, Puerto del Carmen, the largest tourist resort on the island is a 25 minute drive. The island offers something for all tastes, local markets, the most famous being the huge Sunday Market in Teguise, visit the Cesar Manrique foundation only minutes from the villa. For the active there are 2 golf courses, water sports, cycling, go carting, horse riding, for the adventurous, visit Fire Mountain, have a ride on a camel, visit the subterranean water garden at Jameos del Agua, walk through the Green Caves, a 1 mile walk though part of the longest lava cave system in the world! There is an abundance of information and leaflets at the villa on all that Lanzarote has to offer. The island is 60 km (37 miles) North to South and 25 km (15.53 miles) West to East, the villa is ideally situated to explore the island and only a short drive to sandy beaches. There are several large supermarkets a 10 minute drive from the villa offering a good selection of fresh meat, fish, fruit, veg, dairy etc. We do recommend car hire.

Dining Area: Leading from the lounge the dining area has seating for 8 people. French doors lead onto the covered, furnished terrace with table football.
Kitchen: The fully fitted kitchen leading from the dining area includes electric oven with 1 electric/3 gas hobs, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric steamer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, 2 toasted sandwich makers and full compliment of utensils for self catering.
Utility: A utility area houses a washing machine/iron/ironing board and first aid box.

Exterior
French doors from the dining area lead onto the covered, well furnished terrace, with outside lighting, ideal for “al-fresco” dining. The terrace overlooks the outstanding 10 x 5 m pool, jacuzzi and children’s paddling pool. Steps lead down to the pool area where there are ample sun loungers, parasols, table/chairs. To ensure private sun bathing the area is surrounded by walls. There is also a bar-b-que area and a poolside shower. Optional outdoor infrared sauna available – details and cost on request.
Leading from the pool area is the fantastic outdoor games area with 7.5′ pool table and 9′ table tennis table. Our toddlers play area is a fenced off area in the garden with slides, swing, playhouse, crawl-thru caterpillar train and see-saw. The villa is surrounded by large mature gardens which include palm trees, pepper trees, yucca and cactus plants. All exterior gates to the pool area, games area and toddlers play area have locks to prevent little ones from wondering in unsupervised.
